EILEEN GAZEY As nobody seems to be rushing to respond to offer an answer to your problem, which is a common but difficult one to explain, I thought that I would have a go. Take the entry you want to remove, and delete the family members attached to it as best you can. You might have to peck at different ones in turn before they start to delete. Eventually, you should reach the stage where the unwanted duplicate will delete. Take notes of the members you are deleting as you go, before you delete, in case they also delete from the entry you are keeping. I hope that you can understand all that, and that it works for you. Good luck! Bruce. PS: If you are not happy with that process, try the helpdesk, who just might do it for you.
