I am trying to locate my biological father and need some tips on how to do this or where to start.I know his name, where he worked even a rough idea on which area he lives/lived in. Where do i start. Can anyone give me a starting block. Cheers !! His name is Frederick Jennings He worked for British Telecom (Erdington/ Birmingham) and was an engineer.
