Monica, Thanks for your help. I do not know where Edward Ford was brought up and cannot find any further info except that his father was Patrick Ford who was deceased when Edward married in 1887. I have found a family in Northwich on the 1881 with Patrick Ford as the Father so I can try that one but the age is wrong. The other alternative is an Edward Ford living with mother and step-father which is also a possible. If I write to the Register Office will they check for the correct cert over a couple of years?Thanks again. Lynne PS: What is IGI? |
