Just come off the Scottish site for BMD, www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk in a about one day i found all my G.grandparents on scot side, plus their G.grandparents,my G.g.g.g.grandparents' you can view all their certs, i found these people just by looking in death certs(death certs differnt in eng & wales, doesnt give me details on parents)Im not knocking the free sites we have, i just wish their was a similar system in england and wales for a small fee, it would of cost me a small fortune to get that information, rather than £12, thats less than 2 certicates in the Family records, Come on who ever design these sites, Im sure you can make things easier and less expensive for all of us. |
