Christine Goodman For a certificate from Manchester you need to write to The Register Office, Heron House, Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5LE. Give them as much detail as you have and enclose a cheque for £7 for each certificate you require. If you are not sure of the District and reference then you need to write to The General Register Office, Smedley Hydro, Birkdale, Southport. PR8 2HH. Certificates are £8.50 if you have the reference but they will search 3 years for £11. Hope this helps. Lynn, Sale. |
