Perhaps the website designers could write on the very first page--that as the purpose of the site is to link people together, expect to receive and reply to Emails. I was away for a week at Easter , so I have an excuse, but what about the people I emailed in Febuary? I spent an hour deleting contacts, and If i came across one I was't sure I had replied to I answered then( which hasn't been replied to!) I share everybody's frustration cos the site is meaningless if people don't reply.But my heart goes out to those trying to trace their living relatives- eg parents and children- they must feel shattered when they find a possible clue with no reply. |
