	Are there records in existance regarding childrens' homes or orphanages. I am interested in establishments around the turn of the last century (1900 - 1910) Can one obtain the names of children who were living there. Specifically, I am looking for someone who has now passed away, but who mentioned staying in such a home in sight of Windsor Castle !! Any help would be gratefully received.
