Hi everyone I have just found my first pre 1837 marriage on the Mormon site. A relative of mine lives very near the town where my ancestors were married and duly visited the local library. He found the record, no problem, but said that no fathers' names or ages are shown on the microfiche of the parish record, as with post 1837 marriage certificates. Where do I go now, since I don't have any names to go back another generation? |
