Barbara. To look on the fiche cost nothing. You would have to ask someone to show you the procedure. If you wanted a copy, that would cost you 25p. Looking on line would cost 50p to view and another 75p to print off a copy. Much too expensive in my view considering it is our right to see the censi. With a name like Evans, you could spend a small fortune without getting anywhere which is why an address would be a help. Could you get a birth cert. or marriage cert. for your person in order to get an address? I know that would cost you £7 but you would probably spend more than that just viewing the names. |
