I know my GGrandmother, Alice Owen was born in 1870 as I have found her Christening on the IGI. I also know both parent's names. However, I cannot locate the correct record on the copy fiches on 1837 online. Does anyone know if Manchester Reg Office will supply a Birth Certificate without the reference. |
