Laurie. I don't think you can access info from Ancestry if you log in as a guest - it's there as a tempter only. They are doing (I think) a 2 week free trial offer right now- (as a further tempter) so amass together as much info as you think you can stuff into 2 weeks of enquiries and give it a go! As I remember when I made similar enquiries, the cost of membership is quite prohibitive - particularly as a lot of the info is available on free sites like freebmd and familysearch. They are good as a double check before ordering the Cert. They don't start before 1837 and finish 1902 ish I think. Hope this helps. Rosi |
