Hi everyone, Well I gave up with Ancestory.com & went on 1837online.com what a result. Because I knew when my G/parents died I managed to find them quite quickly. I only had to pay £5 for 55 credits a lot cheaper than the other rip off merchants. I also spoke to my local registrar today and they have given me this e-mail address: www.groireland.ie which is that of The registrar general in Dublin. I am yet to explore it myself. Laurie |
