Email problems? Me too...again! Another hurdle I have to overcome is that because I am on Cable TV Interactive there are certain sizes and formats of web pages which I cannot access. For example whenever I click on My Relations or My Contacts I get an error message from NTL which says it is a BAUKM error message. Needless to say long conversations with NTL have proved only that they don't know what BAUKM means. This limits me insofar as I cant look up my contacts, allow or stop someone from viewing my tree, but worst of all I cant establish links with other members trees. Does anyone out there have the same problems and if so how to bully NTL into providing a better service? Jim |
