Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	A minor was someone under 21 years during the 17th 18th 19th century. By 1960s I presume it became someone under 18. A gentleman was someone who had money usually. He could be a land owner, a freeman of a city, mayor or ex mayor. I had a lot of gents at one time but not now!!!
