Thanks to Andrea and Debra. I think Debra understood what I meant and I've just tried it. I was clicking on the name and getting the boards. Thanks again. Lynne |

Lynne Dont click on the name in red, Click on where it actually says xxnew names and it should show you, If you click on the surname that takes you to the whole data of those names. Debbie |

Hi Lynn, I have just had a try to see what you mean. The only thing I can suggest is that maybe you are not in the right initial for the name. For example, if I go into Casey and then "expand by forename", it will only show me the new name, i.e Irene if I am in the list for Casey with forename beginning with "I". I guess this would work the same for place of birth or year. Try and see if this helps. Hope so! Good luck. |

I realise I've already asked this one before but I'm still having difficulty understanding what is going on. When I go to my Names Summary it says against the name Ford - XX new names. (I have it set to 1 day). When I click on Ford it gives numbers against Trying to Find and General Board but none of the names on the boards are new. Am I doing it wrong or is there something wrong with the format of the search??? Can anyone advise please?? Lynne sale |
