	Hi Julie I had trouble getting it to download I don't know what I did but just kept on trying and all of a sudden it worked sorry this isn't very helpful but keep on trying Ann

	I couldn't get it to download when I clicked their link at the base of the page, but I got it to work when I clicked the link which is near the top, embedded in the text. Hope this helps. -Kate
