Hi to Everyone, I've noticed that a lot of people are looking for explanations of old occupations. The following site gives links to lists of old occupattions & their meanings: www.genuki.org.uk/big/Occupations.html Alternativly type 'old occupations' into a web search facility. Hope this is of some use to you all! While, I'm on the topic of old occupations. Does anyone know what a 'gelatine moulder' is? It's from a 1901 wedding certificate. I can't find out what it is - perhaps someone who made jelly?! Natalie, Surrey |
