Hi, Does anyone know where I should start looking for information on family born in India during 1800 (military). Are there any online records etc?? Thanks Steve |

The GRO holds Army regs. At the mo only indexes are availabe to the public at FRC and Pro. Try to get a copy of Tracing your ancestors in the PRO by Amanda Bevan. I got mine in the local library, full of info. |
