Thanks, James W. for your tip, which I tried when you mentioned it before on this page. However when I delete, return home page, click "back", I do not get a confirm deletion or Yes option I just get sent back to the home page! I cannot delete contacts either. I think my equipment is circa the dark ages or something (and I'm not just talking about my computer)!

I have the same trouble. It really is so annoying. I can delete some people but not others, even if the have only one relative. Jan

Janet, I contacted GC (think I mentioned this before), it seems the problem is probably that I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5. Updating to 6 should solve the problem, apparently. Are you by any chance using 5 as well?

Thanks Brian W. Heard before you can download IE6 somehow! Think I'll wait though, as decided to treat myself to new computer (this one's old as the hills)- and possible Broadband connection..Hope all my deleting probs will then be solved!?

I've just deleted all my contacts (except my cousin's) and had no problems. Just hope I've responded to everyone! Lynne

Deirdre, I'm Microsoft Explorer but dont know whether its 5 - how do I find out? Is it in properties? Beryl Darlington, DUR.

Click on "Help" then "About Internet Explorer" and it will tell you the version.
