Hi Marie I have just sent another message to you via your email. If you can reply to that it will send an email to me directly, rather than replying to this board. Once I get that message I can attache the file in my reply. (Don't put your email address on the tips board for security reasons) Reagrds Maxine |

Hello There I have done an extract of Ivor Davies from the 1901 census for you. There are probably only about 20 that could fit with your description. If you send me a reply I will email you the file. regards Maxine |

Thanks for your tip Shelagh.I also thought it was a welsh name .I hired a researcher to check the army records in Kew.No luck.I went to The PRO here in Belfast I found his record with the tram co.I then tried to get himon the 1910 census but the reels with the army base on them are in Dublin.I'll go there abd hopefully I'll be able to find which part of Wales he came from If indeed that's where he was from Thank you wish me luck M.O'Toole |
