I believe Patrick Hurley circ.1850 to 1890 was a Yeoman of the Guard at the Tower of London. How can I confirm this? |

The PRO has muster rolls (these are the devil to look in if there anything like the ones for the Artillary).from 1690-1887 in WO 94/37-39 and pay records from 1715-1911 with a gap for 1834-1874 in WO 94/24-35. Pension records from 1873-1941 in PMG 35/1-16. You might also be able to find his army discharge papers. Hope this helps |
