Yes its also a good idea to look out for boundary changes, not only in Parishes but Counties too. Jim |

Censuses were organised by registration districts, and these often straddled county boundaries. Bayton, Mamble and Rock were in Cleobury Mortimer district, so you may find them under Shropshire |

I use Ancestry to look up the 1891 census. It claims to be complete. However a large chunk of north-west Worcestershire appears to have been nuked. If someone has access to the Worcestershire 1891 census, can they check to see if the parish's of Rock, Heightington, Bayton, Shakenhurst, Mamble and Frith Common are included? I seem to have lost my great grandparents into a blackhole! Thanks Gary |
