Hi Lynne, I sincerely hope so, I've just looked at my emails and Worldpay have refunded me with some money,I haven't heard yet from ONS, I can only think I've requested one that I haven't read properly. June,Nr.Preston. |

June Does that mean we will now be able to read the older, undecipherable scans? Lynne |

I have just received the following Email from 1837online:- We are delighted to announce that our re-indexing and rescanning of the early Births,Marriages and Deaths from 1837 to 1866 was completed yesterday, ahead of schedule. The entire period from 1837 to 1983 is now indexed by the first 3 letters of a surname. As part of our ongoing site developement programme, we continue to re-check indexing and you should have seen a reduction in blank pages, missing pages and index errors. Of course we continue to give customers an extra 10% in units whilst these modififcations are taking place. If you have any suggestions for further enhancements, please feel free to email us at info@1837online(.)com June,Nr.Preston.Lan. |
