Problem solved. Although it wasn't the Firewall, it was Norton security. When I disabled it I was able to acces the payment part and send for certs OK. Ann Glos |

Thanks but disabling the firewall didn't help I have tried that. I wondered if it was because I was doing it at 5.30pm, maybe something happened later on in the day. Ann Glos |

Ann, I also had to take all the security settings from my firewall to pay (for cookies & advertising in my case), Marian |

Ann, I had the same problem recently and found that my firewall was causing the problem. I changed the firewall settings, but that didn't help. If you use a firewall, you might find it easier to disable it immediately before hitting the check-out button, and then re-enabling it after you have completed the check-out process. I have had no problems with ordering certificates on the the site today Good luck David Vickers |

Has anyone else had trouble getting the checkout button to work today? I have just spent half an hour trying to order a certificate. It goes OK until you come to check out then it just goes in a loop so you can't add credit card details. I have managed before OK but am I doing something wrong today? Ann Glos |
