Hi,Laurie, Just been on lds and found same record! I don't know if this is the right one either! Guess I need to find James and Elmer first,to clarify it. You would of thought with a name like Elmer,he would be easy to find! Thanks for looking. |

Hi Diane, I have found a Gordon Law, born 29/10/1872 in Auchtertool, Fife, Scotland to John Law and Ann Denholm but they are the only details. I don't know if this is the right one, couldn't find anything for Elmer/Aylmer. Laurie |

While I have gone back a fair way[late 1600's with some] with all my family history,I am having a great deal of trouble with my partners side. His grandfather was James Law,g.grandfather;Elmer/Aylmer[various spellings] Law,g.g.grandfather;Gordon Law.They were probably all farmers or farm labourers. All dates and places are speculation;James,1910-1920,bedgebury/kent/sussex. Elmer,1880ish,Gordon 1860ish,Scotland. We know nothing else at all,and can't find any possibilities on census',bmd e.tc.
