I have had to create a couple of family members twice and wondered if this was necessary. i have on my tree a situation where a brother and sister ( john and Violet Bayes) married a brother and sister (Harry and Maud Batterbee)(complicated) I had to create John and Maud twice to cross reference the marriage! Just to complicate matters futher John was killed in WW1 and Maud remarried! Did i have to create them twice or could i have linked the existing ones together? Julie Tebb New to this!

Another one that can't be catered for is a woman marrying her sister's widower. (or man his brother's widow).

I have found out recently that my grandparents were cousins and that complicates the family tree too because everyone has to be entered twice! Maggy, West Yorkshire
