Can anyone give me some suggestions on where to look. I have a great uncle shown on the 1881(Archibald Brown) age 14 born in Llandudno, Caernarvon, Wales but was living in Manchester at the time of the census. His mother was a Mary Brown, don't know her maiden, dad I think William Brown. I assume he(archie) was born c 1867. Can't find him on the 1901, someone did a look up for me on 1891 and said there was 1 but born in Manchester and cannot find anywhere details of his birth even on 1837. Make sense. Please help before I throw this computer out if my window. Cheers Catherine |
