Finding a brick to loosen!

My gg papa married a widow, Mary Ann Parker in 1872. Her 1st husband was a sailor (it looks like saddler on the Cert.) he died at sea, and when they married in 1866 her age was given as 20.Her dad, Thomas Chapman was a bookseller then, but when she married ggpapa he was a farmer. I have both the marriage certs - but presumably I need her birth cert to find out more about her family. Legend has it that her sister(Sarah maybe) and her father emigrated to Canada in the early 1900's and started a dynasty there. Is there a site I can look at to find them if they went? Oops two questions in one. Help appreciated with either or both! Rosi |
