	Diane, are you sure that the viewer loaded properly? When you get a blank page is ther a faint DJVU (Ithink from memory) on the lower right of the page? I assume that you have been through to support? Have they offered you no advice at all? I found they were very helpful. Have you got Norton security software loaded? That sometimes causes problems. 	OK I used the 1837 site and paid for some units, loaded some viewing software. But when i try and look something up i get a blank page with a silly red box in the top left hand corner..... I seem to be using units for seing nothing and the site tells me it must be me. Someone help PLEASE!!
