Hi Alison, I've looked on the 2001 electoral roll and there are only 112 in the UK with the name Clilverd. If you would like me to send them to you - just shout. Regards, Nesta |

Thanks for trying folks I already have the Abney park burials and Nesta you already sent me the Clilverds on the 2001 electoral roll,Im waiting on replies from the ones Ive contacted. On ancestry I did a search as I described above on the birth marriage and death records there is an entry for the tudor roll of the blood royal, Ive already had the ancestry free trial and it wont let me sign up again. |

Hi Alison. I've been into Ancestry and had a look using the method you suggested and have tried to investigate the Tudor Roll of the Blood Royal entries. I have viewd all four pages but can find no entry that seesm to even remotely resemble Clil*. Mayne I am missing something obvious - but I canot see anything there! Many names,a lot of them double barrelled and lovely Chistian names like Aloysius, but couldn't find any Clil* at all. sorry. |

Thanks for trying Its probably ancestry trying to lure people into paying to subscibe, they keep sending me emails to subscribe to the US census even though there are only 2 hits on there for the name. The tudor thing was just intrigueing probably no connection anyway |

I looked for the clil* matches in some different documents: they were highlighted, but turned out to be just "cli" or "cil" or in one case "[iii". Raises questions about how they actually do the indexing on documents they haven't transcribed But hey, it finds you hundreds of matches! |
