I have received a copy of the death Cert. for my gg gfather Charles Wilson Baker; he died in Jan.1845 and his occupation was 'comedian'. As per a tip on this board I emailed the theatre museum for any info they could give me and they said they had found an obit. for a Charles Baker, Comedian who died 26th November 1844. So his obit appeared some months before he died - or what? Rosi. |

Thanks She. and William for your amusing and helpful comments! I'm giggling - what comedians you all are! lol. Am thinking of erecting a tarot card table 'Is there anybody there?' Just wait until I have emptied me glass so's I can turn it upside down! Rosi |
