My great great grandfather went to work in Ireland for HM Customs; is there any where on internet I can find out census information for around 1900? Also his son may have married there; marriage information? Would be grateful for any tips about where to look next. |

Hi Alison, I have found a lot of useful info on ireland(.)com. There is also a very helpful GC member who nomally resonds to anyone looking for Irish ancestors. His name is Laurie Farrley, i'm sure he will be able to guide you. He has given me a lot of good advice. Also, if you look back on the tips boards a few pages, you will see similar requests to yours with some resonses. Regards Margaret |
