Hi John, Never done it that way. Try: find the relative,click on name to open page, then click on the batch no at bottom of page, then enter surname in search box. Debbie |

Having found a distant relative on IGI, I entered the surname and put in the batch number and it came up "no trace". I have done this successfully before.............where am I going wrong now ? Any ideas. John R |
