Someone alse asked this today so I will copy over the reply I gave to her: I phoned Kew on Friday about someone and they were very helpful. The man I spoke to looked up the records for me, confirmed entries I had and suggested places to look next supplying phone numbers. It could well be worth calling them. 020 8876 3444 Jacky |

I have my husband's grandfather on the 1901 census, as an army private in Warwick prison. Does anyone know how I find out what he was in prison for? Are there any lists available on the net? thanks, Steph |
