How do I speak to someone at Kew please?

Not specific to Kew - but I generally find that if you dont press any buttons at all the system assumes you don't have a touch tone phone and directs you straight to an operator. Zoe |

I telephoned this morning, and ended up going round in circles pressing this number and listening to a recorded message, then pressing that number and listing to a recorded message, but nowhere could I find how to speak to a real person. Can anyone help, please. Jan. |
