I un-installed before I re-installed. I followed the instructions on the install disc which invites you to remove before re-installing. It looks like a memory problem rather than a disc problem. That being the case, would going back to factory settings cure it? |

Sorry, not the right forum but I know there are some technical experts out there. I have done something silly and as a result "Word" won't operate. I have re-installed from disc but it hasn't helped. I think I'm resigned to going back to factory settings unless there is anyone who can help. If so, please email me directly. Apologies to everyone for asking on this board - desperation measure!
