Don't know if this will help you, I did a search on the internet on "german names". Number 10 that came up as the Anglo-German Family History Society. Looks like you can request them there about names, might be worth a try. |

I would be very grateful if anyone would be able to help me out with the surname Zwarra,my grandfather was born in Zukau near Danzig in Germany,in 1915.I would love to know if that is where the name originates and if it does`nt then where from?I would also be very grateful to know if there is still any Zwarra`s living there and if there is a chance that we are related in any way.Thanks very much.Pauline Zwarra. |
