Hi there I have a few print outs from mainly LDS site with details of people who lodged or were servants at my rellies homes. I thought it would be nice to put these names somewhere for people to check if they have someone who they cant find on census or are not where they should be. Sandra |

Sandra, I had a similar thought last week when I found a grt-grt-grannie working in a Hospital in London. The LDS census also had a list of the patients in the hospital, and they were from all over the country, not just London where the hospital was. I posted the info on the tips board, but it's difficult to list so many people (which would draw attention to the individual's names) Cannot at this moment think of a title for a new board apart from "STRAYS" which I understand is what people are called when found out of their own parish/area. With a wandering population someone is bound to find their long lost rellie this way. Best wishes Jacqui |
