I would dearly love to find a birth certificate for Isaac Howe or How whose father was Charles Howe born 1776. If any one can help me I would be VERY grateful. Thank you Fiona |

Fiona You wont be able to get a birth certificate for anyone born before 1837, Your best bet is to check the baptism's for the area he was born in, |

Try looking him up on the IGI at familysearch(.)org (remove brackets). What area was he born in? Sue |
