Norton Personal Firewall 2003 has an Ad-trashcan which enables you to dump nasty flashing ads. The firewall also stops the dreadful pop-ups! David |

This is a great site. One of the reasons we have it for practically free is because GC sell advertising space. I can put up with a couple of flashing adverts because it is a small price to pay for the service we receive. Those who dont have flash player, or disable it, won't get the adverts. John |

Sue I think someone emailed them the other day about the flashing boxes that were there last week, and they said something like they could not remove them as it was something to do with sponsorship. Well that one on the left is new they dont need that there its driving me mad. Debbie |

Dear All I'm sure I'm not the only one who already has a headache with these flashing ad boxes. I've emailed GC but I'm sure it wil have no effect but maybe if lots of us complain they might just listen. Sue |
