Help please. I have my ancestry tree built up on PAF 5 downloaded from Family Search. Through my research I have found a third cousin in Australia and we wish to exchange information. He has sent me info which I have managed to import by opening a new Gedcom PAF file. Can I fathom out how to export info to him??? NO. Does anyone know if it can be done or will I have to redo all my tree by creating a Gedcom file. I'm all mixed up about it!!!!!!!! |

Although I've not had the need to do it myself, I think you just Save your existing file As a Gedcom file? I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong. Janet |

Anne, choose 'file' then 'export' to save as a gedcom file |

Thanks Janet and Marion. I think I've done it! I'll know tomorrow when I get an email from Australia tomorrow |
