Thanks to another member have finally found my Rellie, William Coulby. In 1901 he's on board a ship called 'courier', my question is how do I find out what this ship does? Shelli |

You could try the following website: http://www.webruler.com/gprovost/Lloyd's.htm But I had a look and couldn't find anything ... so I went onto the 1901 census and did a Vessel Search for Courier. When the new screen appears there are three "Courier's" listed and then boxes saying Select an Image. If you click on the arrow beside this box you are presented with options, one of which is "Description of Vessel" ... You may already have tried this - I didn't check to see what it does as I don't have an account running at present (ran out about 2 hours ago, sorry). |
