Hi, It may be that Caroline's entry into freebmd hasn't been transcribed yet (it is an ongoing process). If you don't want to wait the only choice is to send for the cert - or the birth cert of one of their children which will give you her maiden name. Gwynne |

Hello everyone, I´ve found that Frederick Saunders married in Malling in 1880 a said Caroline. On the FreeBMD site I´m unable to find out her surname name due to the index being illegible. The page number is given as 7_5, the underscore substituting an illegible number. I´ve typed in 0 to 9 without any luck - am I doing something wrong? or is there any other way to find out Caroline´s surname? without having to apply for yet another certificate. Any advice welcome.
