Hi Margaret I have a birth in Limerick also, the father was in the army based in Aldershot but serving in Limerick, Did you find any details or info on how to find them? |

Hi Amanda. Her name was Mary Brown, born Limerick c1845. I do not know who her parents were but she married William Woodruff (I have no date or place). He was in the 2nd Batt 3rd Buffs 1870 when 1st child was born in Aldershot Camp Hants (Frederick). They could have been an army family too. Have looked in Farnham, and Dover (where they lived in 1881) but haven't found any marriage. I don't know whether they married in Ireland or England. Thank you, Margaret. |

Does anyone know how to go about getting birth information in Limerick around 1845. My ggrandmother hailed from there and that is all I know of her. Margaret. |
