Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help me find my great grandfather's death/burial record. I know he was living in Youngestown, Mahoning county Ohio when he died,I know he died of Typhus, but i am unsure of the exact date. My great grandmother, and my grandmother and family were not on the UK 1901 census, so they had not returned back to the UK by then, so my estimate of his death is somewhere between 1899 and 1902. I would be really grateful if someone could have a look for me. His name was William Holland and he was born in 1861, Staffs UK Many Thanks in advance Maxine

Hi carol 1917 is too late, it definately isn't him. But many thanks for taking the time to look. I know there was a fire in the county court house in mahoning county, as my Nan's birth records were destroyed (we found out when she came to apply for a passport in the 70s, and she didn't exist!), but I thought that was before my Great grandad died, but I could be wrong. He was definately a naturalised USA citizen, as I have the papers, but I have had no luck tracking down his death/ burial. Best Regards Maxine
