Hi there Apparently, there is a virus going around mobile phones. Mobile users have been warned that if they receive a mobile phone call and their phone displays the word ACE, they should hang up immediately. If the call is answered, the phone is infected with a virus that will erase information from the phone and sim card making the phone unable to connedt to the telephone network. Apparently, more than 3 million phones across the uk have so far been infected with the virus. Liz |

Liz, Hate to tell you this, but this is a HOAX that has been doing the rounds on E-mail since 1999. Crista |

Pity, it would have been nice to get rid of some of the irritating things. |

Patricia, how old is your daughter? Remember, you are the adult, it is your home, you make the rules. Mobiles must be switched off at night. |

Mobiles do have their uses though. My daughter had just gone to live in Madrid until June as part of her uni course. She loves it, but is really home-sick, so we keep in touch by text message and e-mail! Maggy, West Yorkshire |

Oh well!! Had not heard of it before - a friend was told by her cousin who is a policeman. I'd rather let people know - even if it turns out to be a hoax - to be on safe side. Liz |
