I have just found my ggg grandfather in the 1861 census Joseph Bannister widowed aged 44 coalminer London. This has come as a bit of a suprise because so far everyone else is from Durham, my problem is that I have no idea where to search. London seems to cover a large area. Can anyone help or maybe give me some idea of the area's of London. Thanks Michelle |
