It may seem conceited, but I'm going to nudge this up in case there is someone out there who would benefit from using this site!! I posted a message there yesterday afternoon and very much in GC style I received a message in the evening from a lovely lady called Elaine who had done an electoral role check for me and sent me all the details - and I hadn't even asked for that!!!! I've just found a very good site (which some of you may know) called missing(-)you(.)net. It's free to use with a good search facility and seems to cater mainly for those looking for adopted and lost relatives and friends. It's certainly worth a look if you're trying to trace an adopted or fostered person. It also has a genealogy section so may be useful to all! Happy hunting!! Eleanor |
