Hi all, sorry if i seem a bit thick but what site is the IGI that so many of you talk about.Is it one of the many sites i already have on my favourites or am i missing something. Thanks Julie |

hi there Just thought it worth pointing out that if you are unused to the IGI, do not take it as gospel, alot of it is inaccurate and mistranscribed, whilst some of it is purely the opinion of memebres of the church. It is an excellent resource, but anything you find there needs to be verified by a separate independant source such as certificates of parish records held at your local record office.
