I had that problem yesterday lesley. I tried to enter my details to buy more credits but it said i already had a session running and i had to log out of it before i could buy more credits. I had about 50p left and i think i lost it. I think vouchers are different though not sure,I think they have a longer expiry time that credit card payment Anna |

I have downloaded them as a tiff.You can view in windows picture and fax viewer on windows XP and also print them off or save them. I have not tried to view as the other formats Hope this helps |

Ive just paid £5 on the 1901 site, only to find instead of automaticly viewing my chosen peice of information I now have to choose what format I wish to view my data in! The choices are PDF applet & TIFF. I am frustrated & getting nowhere fast! please please can someone help me? elaine x |
